Project W17
Another of our current projects is, for once, not a new build, but a very special renovation project. It is an architect’s house from 1994 with unusual architecture, from arched windows and interior columns to arched doorways. The picture still shows the status before the refurbishment, as a large part of it will take place within the walls.

March 2023
In March 2023, the gutting was already well advanced. As this is not a core renovation of the entire building, we will be working a lot with decentralized KNX devices. Flush-mounted actuators are therefore often used for the basic functions. At the same time, the entire electrical system will be renewed in some rooms and the benefits of modern lighting design can be used.
We were involved in the project right from the start and can therefore support the entire construction phase. This has given us the flexibility to respond well to the owner’s change requests. The lighting design in particular has developed considerably over the course of the project: a lot of suspended ceilings are being used and a large number of LED strips will create a wonderful oasis of well-being.
The living and dining area shown here will have a completely new suspended ceiling using a stretch ceiling system, and the floor has already been completely removed.
